Scott West

Scott West has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Scott is currently serving as the Executive Director of Global Supply Chain at Vaxcyte since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Director of Supply Chain and Packaging at Allakos Inc from 2019. Scott also served as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations at Dermira, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Scott has experience working at Genentech as the Associate Director of Small Molecule External Manufacturing North America from 2015 to 2017. Scott has a long history with Roche, where they held various roles such as Head of Small Molecule External Manufacturing Business Operations, Head of Global Product Planning, and Global Supply Planner. Scott'stenure at Roche spanned from 1998 to 2014. Scott began their career at James River Corporation in roles such as Manager of Manufacturing Network Design, Project Manager for APO Implementation, Business Analyst for SAP Implementation, and Production & Distribution Planner. Scott started their professional journey as a Research Analyst at Mercer.

Scott West earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics from the University of Rochester from 1984 to 1988. Scott then pursued a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Chicago from 1988 to 1990.
