James T.

James T. has extensive work experience in various organizations. James worked at Vaxxas as a Principal Systems Engineer starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they were employed by Ellume, where they held the position of Operational Technology Manager from September 2021 to July 2022. Before their role as a manager, they served as a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer at Ellume from February 2021 to September 2021. James also worked at Cochlear, where they held multiple positions. James was a Test & Manufacturing Systems Manager from February 2019 to October 2020, a Lead Test Engineer from January 2016 to February 2019, and a Senior Test Engineer from March 2012 to December 2015. Earlier in their career, James was a Senior Design Engineer / Project Manager at Moreton Bay Systems from January 2004 to March 2012 and a Design Engineer from January 2001 to December 2003.

James T. obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering Science (Computer and Communications Engineering) from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2000 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications. In November 2019, they received a certification in "Architecture of Complex Systems" from MIT xPRO. James obtained certifications in "Emerging Leaders" from Kepner-Tregoe in August 2016, "Decision Driven Project Management" from Kepner-Tregoe in February 2015, and "Problem Solving & Decision Making" from Kepner-Tregoe in August 2012.
