Kevin Black, CPA, MBA

Kevin Black, CPA, MBA, has a strong and diverse work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Kevin started their career at Johnson & Johnson, where they served as the Manager of Finance and Information Services for a medical device division. Kevin then joined Warner Lambert, where they held positions as Finance Manager/Controller and Finance Director/Controller in Ireland, overseeing the financial functions of multiple pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

In 2000, Kevin joined Pfizer, where they took on the role of Senior Director Finance Europe Area, providing financial leadership to 18 manufacturing facilities. At Pfizer, they also served as the CFO, VP Procurement & IT at Capsugel, overseeing global finance and direct procurement activities. Kevin later became the Vice President Finance, Specialty Care Pharmaceutical Business Unit at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, responsible for all finance activities for the North American Specialty Care Business Unit.

Kevin then moved to a higher position as the Vice President Finance, Divisional CFO, Global Vaccines Business Unit at Pfizer, where they were responsible for financial and strategic leadership. Kevin also served as the Vice President Finance, Divisional CFO Emerging Markets & China, leading the finance operations for Pfizer's Biopharmaceuticals Group Emerging Markets Business Unit, which covered regions such as China, Latin America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Most recently, Kevin has taken on the role of Head, Special Projects at Vaxxas, where they lead special projects within the organization. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong financial expertise and strategic leadership, contributing to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Kevin Black, CPA, MBA has a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Kevin also holds a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Drexel University. In addition, Kevin has completed the Board of Directors Governance Certification program at the University of Pennsylvania. Kevin has also participated in the Pfizer - PGM / INSEAD Executive Management Program. Kevin is a member of the NJ Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
