René Paula Molina

Rene is the General Counsel and Secretary of Vaxxinity. Rene has an extensive career in corporate and legal affairs, having worked at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, HSBC’s investment bank, Audible (Amazon’s audiobook division) and Zx Ventures (the captive private equity and venture capital arm of ABInBev). Prior to joining the Company, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Bionic, where he managed the finance and legal functions. Earlier in his career, Rene worked with Deloitte & Touche and obtained his CPA license. He is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he earned a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting, and Columbia Law School, where he earned a Juris Doctor degree.
