Jenna LaBarre is currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Vay, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jenna served as Corporate Counsel at Allegro MicroSystems from February 2020 to September 2025, and as a Contract Negotiator at Skillsoft from July 2019 to February 2020. Earlier experience includes legal internships at Timberland, NHBB, and Planet Fitness World Headquarters in 2019 and 2018, respectively. Jenna LaBarre obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law between 2016 and 2019 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Economics from Bryant University from 2013 to 2016.
