Nicole Sanchez

For 28 years, Nicole Sanchez has served as a leading expert on organizational culture with an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion. As Founder & CEO of Vaya, Nicole has transformed workplace culture for Fortune 500 corporations, pre-IPO tech, Film/TV production companies, and in the non-profit and public sectors. She has served as a lecturer on workplace diversity at the University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and consults and speaks globally, advising executives on the future of work. She previously served as the Associate Director for Ethics in Society at Stanford University and VP of Social Impact at GitHub. Until recently, Nicole served as co-board chair of CODE2040, helping to build the largest racial equity community in tech. She earned her BA from Stanford University and MBA from UC Berkeley, and was named a “Trailblazer” in business by Spelman College.
