Robert also served as a Space Policy Analyst in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and as a Speechwriter to the Chief of Staff in the SecAF-CSAF Executive Action Group.
Their earlier positions in the Air Force included roles such as Deputy Chief Doctrine Branch, Deputy Chief of the Joint Wargaming Branch, Commander of the Sortie Generation Flight, Officer in Charge of the Peacekeeper Missile Mechanical Section, Chief of Operations Training, and Deputy Chief of Standardization & Evaluation.
Fabian holds a significant amount of experience in various areas, including program management, leadership, strategic planning, and engineering. Their expertise spans across areas such as space operations, missile maintenance, and air and space power analysis.
Robert Fabian attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Space Operations. Following this, from 1995 to 2000, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration at the University of Oklahoma. Finally, in 2001 and 2002, they attended the U.S. Naval War College, where they earned a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies.
