Chris Stearns

Chris Stearns has a strong background in program management and recruiting, with experience in the healthcare and staffing industries. Chris is currently working as a Program Manager at Vaya Workforce, where they started in April 2022. Previously, they worked as a Program Manager at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions from May 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Program Professional at Parallon from July 2016 to May 2021. Chris also has experience with All Medical Personnel, where they worked as a Staffing Manager and Recruiting Consultant from September 2014 to July 2016. Additionally, they have worked at Kforce Inc as a Recruiting Accounting and Finance Professionals in 2014 and at Staff Care as a Recruiting Consultant in the Hospitalist Division from June 2012 to June 2014. Chris began their career as a Counselor at Camp Thurman in 2007.

Chris Stearns attended Pantego Christian Academy from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their high school diploma. Following this, they went on to enroll at The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied Criminal Justice and Corrections from 2006 to 2010.
