Trivia Spencer has extensive work experience in the staffing and healthcare industries. Trivia is currently working as an IBO at Amway since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vaya Workforce from 2019 to 2022, where they held various roles including Associate Team Manager- Fulfillment Operations, Staffing Manager, Contract Labor Management, and Staffing Specialist.

Between 2014 and the present, Trivia also worked as a Partner at Spencer Squared. Before that, they were employed at Sound Physicians from 2015 to 2019, serving as an Implementation Project Manager, Senior Staffing Consultant, and Staffing Coordinator.

In their earlier career, Trivia held the position of Branch Manager at Nurse Staffing from 2013 to 2015. Trivia also worked as a Credentialing Manager at Intelistaff Healthcare from 2008 to 2010 and as an Account Executive at Staff Quest from 2007 to 2008.

Trivia also holds an Associate's Degree in Allied Health Science from the Community College of the Air Force. In addition, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. In December 2019, they acquired the certification in "Executive Presence: Tips for Women" from LinkedIn.
