Suhasini Rao

Suhasini Rao has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Suhasini currently holds the position of Vice President at Vayana since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CAPITAL 9! Financial Services as the Head Of Credit from January 2019 to May 2022.

Before that, Suhasini served as a Credit Analyst at Aditya Birla Capital Ltd from September 2017 to December 2018. Their responsibilities included performing underwriting, financial analysis, and calculating key financial ratios for mid and large businesses. Suhasini also created financial and cash flow forecasting models and monitored existing clients.

From February 2012 to August 2017, Suhasini worked as a Senior Manager - Credit Sanction Group at Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd. During their tenure, they managed credit accounts across retail and corporate clients and was a member of the Regional Credit Committee.

Prior to that, they held the position of Relationship Manager - SME Banking at Development Credit Bank Limited from November 2010 to February 2012. Suhasini played a key role in sales, sourcing, and coordinating with credit functions.

Suhasini started their career in finance at Mata Securities, a Debt Broking House, as an Advisor - Corporate Finance Group from August 2005 to July 2008. Their responsibilities included marketing credit syndication services and mutual fund distribution, advising and structuring corporate borrowing programs, and placing various financial instruments for corporate clients.

Suhasini's work experience showcases their expertise in credit analysis, underwriting, financial modeling, relationship management, and risk assessment.

Suhasini Rao completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangalore Jobs between 1997 and 2001. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance & Systems from the MP Birla Institute of Management located at No. 43, Racecourse Road, Bangalore-9. This degree was obtained between 2003 and 2005.
