Margarethe Padysz

Margarethe Padysz currently serves as Referentin Digitalisierung at VBG – Ihre gesetzliche Unfallversicherung, a position held since July 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles in data and application management, as well as IT project and innovation management at Hamburger Hochbahn AG from January 2019 to June 2025. Margarethe's earlier experience encompasses demand management and business process consulting at Hamburg Sudamerikanische Dampfschifffahrts - Gesellschaft K.G. (2016-2018), and various consulting roles at Senvion Holding GmbH and Renewable Energy Technology Center GmbH from 2010 to 2016. Margarethe holds a Diplom in Volkswirtschaftslehre from the University of Hamburg and completed an Erasmus semester in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
