Anna Ott

Anna Ott is an accomplished VP People at HV Capital since April 2020, contributing to one of Europe's leading early-stage venture capital firms. In addition to this role, Anna serves as a member of the VC Platform Global Community and Global Women in VC, and holds a position on the Steering Committee of VentureESG, focusing on integrating ESG principles into venture capital practices. Anna co-founded The Secret HR Society and is an advisory board member at Kienbaum, alongside providing consultancy and advisory services to HR tech startups through frauott. Anna's earlier experiences include HR advisory roles at GermanZero and Circular, as well as advisory positions at Talents Connect. Anna holds a diploma in International Management from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft, attained between 2001 and 2004.
