Árpád Dr. Pethő

Árpád Dr. Pethő has had a long and successful career in the technology industry. Árpád began their career at Graphisoft in 2000 as a Lead Developer. In 2006, they became the Head of Technology and Production at NETI IT Consulting, where their main responsibility was the leadership of software system production and taking part in operational support. Árpád also founded Hyperion-Live Ltd. in the same year. In 2013, they joined Sophos as an Engineering Director and Senior Development Manager. Árpád is currently the Director of Engineering at VCC Live, a position they have held since 2022.

Árpád Dr. Pethő's education history began in 1991, when they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical and Mathematical Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Árpád then went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Shape memory alloys, continuum mechanics from the same university in 1997. Finally, in 2007, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineer-Economist from Corvinus University of Budapest.
