Eliza Iatesen

Eliza Iatesen has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Eliza currently holds the position of Head of Marketing at VCG, a role they began in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Marketing Manager at M247 from September 2020 to April 2021. From March 2018 to January 2020, Eliza held the role of Programme Manager, The Loop at Gamma. Eliza also served as a Marketing Director (Non Executive) at MPMsim, a simulation software company, from March 2016 to March 2018. Eliza worked as a Consultant/Contractor at H2H Communicate from April 2014 to March 2018. Eliza also had previous roles at M247 as a Marketing Services Manager (Contract) and Brand Production Manager (Contract) from August 2017 to October 2017 and January 2017 to July 2017, respectively. In addition, Eliza was the Head of Operations at Expo Stars Interactive Ltd from October 2011 to February 2016. Eliza started their career as a Communications Coordinator at the Information Centre for the European Commission - Europe Direct Bucharest from November 2008 to July 2011, and briefly worked in the Communication and Public Diplomacy Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from October 2009 to December 2009.

Eliza Iatesen obtained a B.S degree in Political Science from the University of Bucharest in 2011. In the same year, they also completed a Certificate program in HR, Management, Accounting, and Enterprises from the British Academy of Business and Communication. Eliza went on to pursue an MSc in Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2011 to 2013. In 2010, they were an exchange student at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, studying MA Media and International Relations. Eliza has also obtained several additional certifications, including Change Leadership, Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, and Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap.
