Wilda Al-aluf Nur Islami

Wilda Al-aluf Nur Islami has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies.

Starting in 2015, they worked as a Graphic Designer Intern at Tabloid Harapan Indah.

In 2016, they joined PT Denso Indonesia as a Quality Assurance Operator.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked at PT. United Tractors Tbk. in various roles, including General Services & Maintenance Administration Support in the General Affairs Department, and later as Building Management Administration Support in the same department. Their responsibilities included managing budgets, conducting meetings with rentees, creating legal documents, updating databases, and resolving payment issues.

In 2020, they joined Koperasi Karyawan YKBUT as a Secretary, representing PT Mitra Bakti UT. Their duties included managing member registration, database maintenance, loan processing, reconciliation with Human Capital Administration, and member communication.

Wilda Al-aluf also held positions at PT Mitra Bakti UT, where they served as Human Capital Administration Support, Billing & Administration Staff, and Quality Management & ISO Staff from 2020 to 2022.

Most recently, they joined VCGamers in 2022. Their roles include People Compensation & Benefit, General Affairs, and currently, they serve as a People & GA Lead.

Wilda Al-aluf Nur Islami started their education in 2013 at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bekasi, where they studied multimedia until 2016. In 2019, they enrolled at Universitas Mercu Buana, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Product Design, which they are expected to complete in 2024. In 2021, they attended Binar Academy for a UI/UX Research and Design program, though no specific degree was mentioned.

Aside from their formal education, Wilda Al-aluf Nur Islami has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they received a certification in BREVET AB and Basic Taxation for Beginners from the Makui Tax Institute. In 2021, they completed courses such as Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design, Innovation Through Design: Think, Make, Break, Repeat, Visual Elements of User Interface Design, and First Step Korean through Coursera. Additionally, in 2023, they acquired the Certified Human Resources Officer certification from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP).
