With a strong background in operations and customer experience, Kelly has held multiple senior roles at Harper Wilde from October 2019 to August 2023. Previous experiences include managing operations at For Days and Think of Us, where complex projects across various business functions were overseen. Kelly began a career in sales operations at CIEE and was involved in program coordination at Cultural Homestay International. An academic background features a double major in French Studies and Political Science from the University of Southern Maine and a certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the TEFL Institute.
