Kimberly Clark

Kimberly Clark currently serves as the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Provost at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and previously held various roles at the University of Delaware from September 2010 to August 2023, including Chief of Staff and Business Administrator for the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences. In these positions, Kimberly managed administrative operations, provided strategic advice and policy recommendations, oversaw a budget exceeding $7 million, and directed contract and grant management for approximately $24 million in active awards. Additionally, Kimberly was responsible for human resource administration for faculty and staff, managed departmental facilities, collaborated with leadership on academic program administration, and supervised a team of five full-time staff. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg, earned between 2003 and 2007.
