Shira Weiner

Shira Weiner, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned People Operations Leader currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Therapist Aid and as a Talent and Operations Consultant at vChief. With a robust background in human resources and operations, they previously held leadership roles at American Oversight and Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, among other organizations. Shira has also contributed to recruitment and talent management in various capacities, including their position as Operations Manager at City Year. They are a graduate of Colorado State University.
