Ines Waltar

Ines Waltar has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative at Global Payments Inc. Ines then moved on to J.P. Morgan as an Assistant Client Services Specialist from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, Ines joined Refinitiv, an LSEG business, as a Customer Success Manager until 2018. Following that, they worked as a UXD Consultant at Freelancer.com, specializing in developing and designing simple customer experiences for startups and companies. From 2020 to 2023, Ines served as a Customer Experience Expert at Lightico, focusing on improving customer experiences by streamlining processes. Currently, they are the Head of Strategic Partnerships at vcita, leveraging their expertise in digital innovation and enterprise technologies to create and maintain successful collaborations.

Ines Waltar graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
