Miriam Rafaeli has held various roles throughout their work experience.

From 2018 to the present, they have been working at vcita, starting as the Director of Partner Marketing and currently holding the position of Head of Content & Creative. At vcita, they are responsible for managing small business's day-to-day work and client communication through a comprehensive CRM solution.

Prior to joining vcita, Miriam worked at Time To Know from 2013 to 2017 as a Presales Consultant and Customer Project Manager.

Miriam Rafaeli attended the American School of Recife until 1994. After that, they enrolled in the European School of Munich from 1994 to 2001, where they obtained a European Baccalaureate. Later, Miriam attended the Universität Passau from 2003 to 2009, earning a Diploma (equivalent to an MA) in International Business, Languages, and Cultural Studies. In 2006, they studied abroad at the Universidade Federal da Bahia.
