Gabriela González

Gabriela González currently serves as an Organizational Development HR Representative at Prairie Materials since June 2023. Previously, Gabriela was the Managing Director at Sugar Skull Dance LLC for a decade, overseeing recruitment and development of performers while managing marketing and event planning under pressure. Gabriela's earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Assistant at Star Thermoplastic Alloys & Rubbers, Inc., where Gabriela facilitated employee relations and resolved complex issues. Gabriela also interned at the AIDS Foundation of Chicago, contributing to client satisfaction initiatives for supportive housing. Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Triton College.
