Manoj Sankaran is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in Salesforce project management and application development. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at vCollab Etiquette since September 2022, Manoj oversees the delivery of Salesforce projects and leads a team of professionals in skill development. As the Founder of Eashwa Permaculture and Natural Farming, Manoj manages day-to-day farm operations, including crop planting and harvesting. Previous roles include Director of Application Development at CrossPeak Solutions, where Manoj directed multiple technical teams and ensured stakeholder alignment on project scopes, and Senior Software Engineer at AstraZeneca, focusing on Salesforce solutions.
