Sean Knoll has extensive experience in technical support and service delivery within the IT sector. Since January 2015, Sean has held multiple roles at vcpi, including Service Delivery Engineer, Senior Technician, and Technical Support Analyst. Prior to this, Sean worked as Operations Lead at hhgregg from September 2012 to January 2015 and completed an IT internship at Brown Deer School District in late 2014. Early career experience includes a position as FSA at Lowe's Home Improvement from June 2007 to December 2011. Sean holds a degree in Computer Support Specialist from Milwaukee Area Technical College, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
