Ariana Barringtine

Ariana Barringtine currently serves as the Director of Supplier Diversity at VCU Health, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ariana worked at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, starting as a Program Manager in Supplier Diversity before transitioning to the Manager of Vendor Management from October 2019 to June 2022. Previous experience includes a contract Program Manager role at Insight Global and a 17-year tenure at Kaiser Permanente, where Ariana held various leadership positions including Project Manager Lead and Diversity and Inclusion Consultant. Early in Ariana's career, a role as Physician Training and CME Training Coordinator was held at MedStar Health. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Health Services Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Howard University.
