David has served in the US Navy for twenty years, attaining the rank of Navy Chief. Currently, David is the Radiology Informatics & Engineering Manager at VCU Health, where David has been since March 2017, after working as the Radiology Operations Manager at Bon Secours Health System for over a decade.
