Dwayne Harms

Dwayne Harms is an accomplished Information Technology Leader with extensive experience in network operations and management. Since December 2019, Dwayne has served at VCU Health, bringing a wealth of knowledge gained from previous roles including Sr. Network Services Manager at Ferguson Enterprises, where leadership involved a $23M operational budget for a comprehensive network across over 1400 branches. Prior to Ferguson, Dwayne held various positions in the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command, overseeing network operations for 33 bases, as well as directorship roles in Kabul, responsible for vital networking infrastructure. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Business from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Northern Arizona University.
