Hannah O'Neil

Hannah O'Neil is an experienced healthcare professional and creative designer with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Care Partner at VCU Health since February 2022, Hannah provides critical care support, monitors patient conditions, and collaborates with nursing staff on various medical procedures. Previous roles include Assistant Designer and Sales Associate at Smathers & Branson, where design and customer service skills were honed. As a business owner at RVA Cookies, Hannah developed marketing strategies and successfully sold over 3,000 custom cookies. Additional experience includes facilitation of group initiatives as a Ropes Course Facilitator at William & Mary, entrepreneurial support as a Fellow at the Ignition Center, and an internship at Ripple Network Technologies, where website development was accomplished. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from William & Mary.
