Hailey Shugrue

Hailey Shugrue currently serves as the Partner Success Lead for Care Partnerships at Headway since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles in strategic partnerships at Talkiatry from October 2023 to September 2025 and mental health partnerships at Spring Health from February 2022 to October 2023, where the focus was on eliminating barriers to mental health through employer partnerships. Earlier positions include business development at 1upHealth, Inc. from July 2021 to February 2022, and a clinical operations internship at Teladoc Health in 2020, along with a marketing research assistant role at Solace Therapeutics in 2019. Hailey holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona, earned in May 2021.
