Kristen Sisaithong

Kristen Sisaithong, MA, CMQ/OE, is an experienced professional in organizational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Organizational Excellence at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since January 2016. Previous roles include Manager of Organizational Excellence and Performance Improvement Lead at UNOS, where Kristen led initiatives to enhance organizational performance and improve key processes. Prior to UNOS, experience includes supervision of a Continuous Quality Improvement Unit for the City of Richmond, Virginia, managing significant funding streams, and performing internal audits. Additional background includes positions at TransPerfect Translations, the World Bank, the United Nations, and J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Anthropology and International Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and International Studies from Randolph-Macon College.
