Maria Stephens

Maria Stephens, PHR, SHRM-CP, brings over 25 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, Education, and Occupational Health and Wellness at VCU Community Memorial Hospital since January 2012. In this role, Maria oversees HR functions for an organization with approximately 850 employees, 200+ volunteers, and 85 physicians, facilitating a wide range of services including acute care and behavioral health.
