Mia Stephens

Mia Stephens, MA, currently serves as the Public Relations Coordinator at VCU Health since January 2024. Previously, Mia was a Public Relations Intern at Hotwire for a short tenure in mid-2023, where responsibilities included crafting media lists and developing talking points for C-Suite executives. Prior experience includes a six-year role at Chick-fil-A, progressing from Team Member to Shift Lead and Director of Training, where operational management and team development were key focuses. Mia also interned in event production and community outreach at All About Presentation and Lady on a Mission LLC., and served as a Workshop Counselor for Virginia Beach City Public Schools, mentoring young leaders. Mia holds a Master of Arts in Digital Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University.
