Emily Pumphrey

Emily Pumphrey is an experienced professional with a background in public relations and marketing, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Board Relations at VCU Massey Cancer Center since August 2019. Prior to this role, Emily held positions as Administrative Coordinator and Sales Manager at Greater Richmond Convention Center. Experience also includes serving as a Sales & Event Coordinator at Classic Party Rentals of VA and internships in public relations and marketing at Paisley & Jade and OFD Consulting LLC. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University and an Associate's Degree from Anne Arundel Community College, along with initial studies at the University of Mary Washington.
