Tammy McKeown

Tammy McKeown, Ph.D., currently serves as a Program Evaluator at VCU Massey Cancer Center since June 2023. With a robust background in research and evaluation, prior roles include Research Scientist at StrongMind from April 2018 to February 2023 and Director of Accountability and Data at the Arizona Department of Education from July 2015 to April 2018. Tammy's career began at Virginia Commonwealth University, where responsibilities included Research and Evaluation Associate in the Department of Foundations of Education, Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Women's Studies, and Coordinator for the University Student Services Wellness Resource Center, spanning from July 2005 to July 2015. Tammy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Research and Evaluation, along with a Master of Science in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, all from Virginia Commonwealth University.
