Natalia Morozova

Natalia Morozova has over nineteen years of work experience. Natalia began their career in 2001 as an IT Consultant at Penny Lane Consulting. In the same year, they joined Cornerstone (ex-Penny Lane Consulting) as a Senior Consultant. In 2005, they became a Recruiter at Quorum (Project for Microsoft). From 2006 to 2015, they held various roles at Marksman Recruitment Solutions including Head of Marksman Research Solutions (www.marksman-rs.ru), Senior Consultant, Head of Kiev Representative Office, and Consultant (IT&Telecom/Sales&Marketing). In 2015, Natalia began working at VCV.RU as a Client Success Manager/Recruiter. In 2017, they were promoted to Client Success Manager, Team Leader at VCV.RU and also began working at IBM as a Senior Recruiter.

Natalia Morozova graduated from Moscow State Textile University named after A.N. Kosygin in 2002 with an Engineer degree in SAPR.
