Arik Akverdian

Arik Akverdian has been working in the recruitment industry since 2004. Arik began their career at Adecco, where they served as Branch Manager of Outstaffing Services. In 2011, they moved to SGS, where they were the Head of Staffing Business. In 2013, they founded and became the CEO of VCV.AI, an automated recruitment framework unifying job posting, screening, assessing, and video interviewing. Theirmost popular use cases are high volume recruitment, graduate recruitment, and hourly workers hiring.

Arik Akverdian attended the University of Civil Engineering from 2002 to 2007, where they studied Economics and Management. Arik then attended The University of Sydney in Australia in 2009, where they studied CET.
