Michael Nolan has over three decades of experience in the elevator industry, with a significant portion of that time spent in leadership roles. Currently a Senior Associate at VDA since November 2014, Michael previously held the position of Associate at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Field Operations Leader in the Modernization Department at Schindler Elevator Corporation from July 2008 to November 2014, where responsibilities included managing large crews and overseeing project implementation. Michael's career began at Otis Elevator Company, where roles included Modernization Superintendent and Forman from May 2001 to July 2008, as well as an apprenticeship and mechanic from 1984 to 1989. Michael also worked as a Mechanic Construction at Baystate Elevator from June 1989 to 2001. Throughout the career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in project management, technical direction, and adherence to local codes.
