Gwendolyn Arias

Gwendolyn Arias is an accomplished project and program manager with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager at VDart, Gwendolyn is leading a strategic program to migrate the quality review process to a new tool, focusing on designing and documenting processes, data integration, testing, and deployment. Prior to VDart, Gwendolyn spent eight years at HP, where key responsibilities included managing global business intelligence and analytics projects, as well as overseeing multiple programs related to customer support and reporting solutions. Gwendolyn's management expertise was further honed at Hewlett-Packard, United Airlines, and Carpenter Technology, where roles ranged from area business manager to operations manager, involving team leadership and continuous improvement initiatives. Gwendolyn holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Costa Rica.
