Pascal Deschryver

Pascal Deschryver has extensive work experience in various organizations. Pascal started their career in 2003 at Fortis, where they held multiple roles including Global Process Manager Credits and Channel Manager Phone & Mobile Banking. In 2007, they joined IBM as a Business consultant in Financial Services and later became a Business Solution Professional. From 2021 to 2023, Pascal worked as a Freelance Project Manager in the Financial Service Sector and as a Senior Manager Technology Consulting at thewave. In 2021, they also became the Business Owner of ThotM. Currently, Pascal is the Head of Organization and Project Management at vdk bank and previously served as the Business Project Manager for the migration of NewB.

Pascal Deschryver completed the Junior Management Programme (JMP) at Vlerick Business School from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Construction Engineering from Ghent University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Pascal also holds a certification as an Insurance expert from IBM, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
