Joe Mullins

Joe Mullins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and project leadership. Currently serving as Supplier Quality Manager at VDL Enabling Technologies Group since September 2020, Joe specializes in implementing supplier development programs to achieve significant quality improvements. Previously, Joe held roles such as Department Manager Projects and International Project Manager at Blast! Media NL, overseeing project teams and managing international digital signage initiatives. With a strong background in quality engineering from positions at Lithium Werks, Power-Packer, and Sensata Technologies, Joe has consistently contributed to quality assurance and supplier development efforts. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and additional training in Mechanical Drafting from DeVry Institute of Technology.
