Monique van Kempen

Monique van Kempen is a seasoned quality engineer with extensive experience in quality management and engineering processes. Currently serving as Lead Quality Engineer at VDL Enabling Technologies Group since September 2017, Monique has previously held roles such as quality engineer and factory & quality engineer. Monique's academic credentials include a PDEng in maintenance from the University of Twente, where involvement in a project aimed at enhancing Engineering Change Management for Daimler AG was pivotal. Monique has also contributed to the MORe project within the Smart Industry fieldlab, focusing on safe data exchange in the product lifecycle as project leader. With a background in Industrial Design Engineering and various roles in educational support and youth advisory councils, Monique combines technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills.
