Nikita Selishchev

Nikita Selishchev is a skilled Electro-Mechanical Designer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Lead Electro-Mechanical Designer at VDL Enabling Technologies Group since July 2022, Nikita oversees junior designers, manages resources, and ensures timely deliverables while preparing for project lead responsibilities. Previously, Nikita held the same title at Neways Electronics International NV from April 2018 to July 2022, focusing on managing electrical infrastructure and compliance with safety standards. With a background as an R&D Project Engineer at Caradon Stelrad and experience as a Lean Manufacturing Professional Maintenance Engineer at Cloetta, Nikita has a solid foundation in design and maintenance engineering. Nikita earned a Bachelor's degree in Elektromechanica from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences and completed secondary education in Industrial Sciences at Campus Zenit Turnhout.
