Ton Peijnenburg

Ton Peijnenburg serves as the CTO and Deputy General Manager at VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) since March 2010, leading the Technology & Development unit with responsibilities including systems engineering, competence management, and technology partnerships. Prior roles at VDL include Manager Systems Engineering and Manager Advanced Developments, focusing on technology and innovation management and development activities. Additionally, Ton Peijnenburg is a Fellow at the TU/e High Tech Systems Center, fostering collaborative research in complex high-tech mechatronic systems. Previous experience includes R&D Manager at FEI and Mechatronics Systems Manager at Philips Electronics North America, along with a background as a Development Engineer at Philips Innovation Services.
