Akshay Chaturvedi has over 20 years of experience in the fields of business strategy, product management, digital marketing, and digital technology. Akshay began their career in 2001 as a Research Executive at TNS NFO, where they worked on the pre-launch validation and strategic insights for the Britannia Milk Man brand. In 2002, they joined IMRB International as a Senior Research Executive. In 2004, they moved to TNS South Africa as a Senior Account Executive. In 2005, they joined Kurt Salmon, part of Accenture Strategy, as a Principal Consultant, where they worked on strategic consulting, business plans, and implementation support in the Retail & Consumer Goods Practice. In 2008, they joined Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy. At Times Internet Limited, they held multiple roles from 2008 to 2011, including Product Head of Indiatimes.com and Co-founder of Gaana.com, and Business Head of ZigWheels.com. In 2015, they became the CEO of Renaissance Jewellery Ltd - Furniture Startup, where they were responsible for the company's P&L, Strategy, Brand & Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Product & Technology, and Customer Service. From 2017 to 2022, they were the Founder & CEO of Evalve Digital Ventures, a boutique consulting and full stack Digital & IT services company. Since 2022, they have been the Chief Business Officer at VDO.AI, a leading global ad tech organisation, where they are building the supply vertical globally.
Akshay Chaturvedi attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1991 to 1995. Akshay then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University from 1996 to 1999. After that, they completed an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1999 to 2001. In 2018, they earned a Transformational Leadership degree from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. In addition, Akshay Chaturvedi has obtained several certifications, including The Complete Programmatic Advertising Course-2022 from Udemy in May 2022, Programmatic Advertising Foundations from LinkedIn in April 2022, JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures from freeCodeCamp in February 2022, Blockchain Essentials from IBM in December 2021, and Blockchain: Learning Solidity from LinkedIn in November 2021.
