Rahul Naidu

Rahul Naidu has over 15 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry, currently serving as the Section Head for Proto & Mechanical Proprietary Parts Development at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. since August 2008. In this role, Rahul leads strategic sourcing and procurement for vehicle components, emphasizing quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Previous positions include Section Functional Head for Vehicle Assembly, Project Manager for Manufacturing Engineering in Greenfield projects, and roles focused on production management, process quality, and new product introduction. Rahul has a strong background in budget control, cost reduction, and process optimization through lean manufacturing techniques. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and foundational education at St. Peter's School, Shillong.
