Elba Machado has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Elba started their career as an Operations Manager's Assistant at Nina Spa Compagnia di Navigazione in 1998. Elba then moved on to work as a Vacation Club Administrator at Hotel Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa, where they stayed until 2013. In 2008, Elba joined Privilege Hotels, Resorts and Villas, where they held various roles in Marketing, Weddings & Events, and Innovation until March 2020. Elba then joined Wondrous All Events in 2015 as a Wedding Event Planner. Most recently, Elba worked at V&E Restaurant Group as the VP of Communications, Media, and Government Relations from May 2017 onwards.
Elba Machado graduated in Journalism from the University of Havana in 1994, with a specialization in Communication and Media Studies.
