Rafael Romero Plaza

Rafael Romero Plaza has extensive experience in marketing and sales roles within the food industry. RAFAEL is currently serving as the VP of Marketing and Sales for V&E Restaurant Group, responsible for managing 11 restaurant brands in Florida and Las Vegas. Prior to this, Rafael held positions as the Marketing Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at KFC and The Wendy's Company. RAFAEL also served as the Chief Development Officer at IMC International Meal Company and the Senior Marketing Manager at Burger King do Brasil. Rafael's earlier experience includes serving as the Marketing Director at Alsea and holding various marketing roles at Unilever, including Channel Director for Latin America.

Rafael Romero Plaza completed their high school education at Massey Vanier Highschool from 1987 to 1990, earning a Highschool Diploma. RAFAEL then pursued further studies at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they obtained a degree in Mercadotecnia (Marketing) from 1990 to 1994.
