Kharlo Barcenas possesses extensive experience in the construction and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at VEC since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading national growth strategies, client engagement, and overseeing brand positioning in specialized areas such as BIM and VDC. Prior to VEC, Kharlo was the Director of Business Development at BCCI Construction from November 2013 to April 2021, focusing on comprehensive construction services. Kharlo also held positions at SC Builders, Inc., and Turner Construction, gaining significant expertise in project management and engineering for major clients like Google and Intel. Academic qualifications include a B.S. in Civil Engineering from San José State University and a Senior Leadership NED Program credential from the NAIOP Center of Education.
