Jarnick Hulzebos

Jarnick Hulzebos is an experienced educator currently serving as an Eerstegraads Docent Scheikunde and Eerstegraads Docent Biologie at Vechtdal College since August 2016, responsible for teaching biology at both lower and upper secondary levels. Prior to this role, Jarnick held positions as an expeditiemedewerker at Distrivers from September 2014 to August 2017, and as a policy advisor during an internship at Zorgcombinatie Noorderboog, focusing on assistive domotics in their facilities. Jarnick gained research experience as a biomedical scientist during internships at the University Medical Center Groningen, investigating subjects such as the relationship between periodontitis and rheumatoid arthritis, and the effects of hypertonic culturing systems on RNA expression levels. Jarnick holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Bètawetenschappen from the University of Twente, as well as multiple degrees in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Groningen, culminating in a Bachelor of Science. Educational background includes completion of VWO Natuur en Gezondheid at RSG De Groene Driehoek.
