Angela Gagnon

Angela Gagnon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Angela started as an EDI Specialist II (Integrations) at MultiPlan in 2004 before moving on to Globalware Solutions in 2006. At Globalware Solutions, they held various positions including Systems Integrations Engineer, Manager of MIS, and Director of Information Technology (Globally). Angela achieved notable accomplishments such as successful virtual server integration and deployment upgrades during their tenure. In 2013, they joined Vecna as the System Engineers Project Manager and later became the Manager of the Systems Engineers & Systems Administrators. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Director of IT at Vecna, providing leadership and direction for information technology and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the internal infrastructure. Their most recent role is as the Director of IT at Vecna Robotics starting in 2022.

Angela Gagnon has attended various educational institutions and programs. Angela participated in a Leadership Management course at Dale Carnegie. Angela holds a High School Diploma from Greater Lowell Technical School. Angela also completed programs at Microsoft, specializing in Microsoft Exchange Migration and Implementation. Additionally, they have undergone training at Sterling Commerce in several areas, including Gentran Server Administration and Support, Advanced EDI ANSI X12 Mapping, and Advanced Ship Notice 856. Their education also includes a course at Sterling Commerce on Designing an Effective Ecommerce.
