Previously, Michael held various executive positions at Vecna Technologies, including Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, overseeing finance, HR, manufacturing, and legal compliance while securing over $145 million in government contracts. Earlier in the career, Michael practiced law at McKenna Long & Aldridge and served as a law clerk at the National Archives and Records Administration. Michael holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in International Studies from the University of Washington.
